Before You Get Started
- Wash your hands with soap and water.
- Wash countertops where your equipment will be placed with soap and water.
- Gather everything you’ll need (including anything that you use to prepare bottles):
- large pot
- nipple brush
- bottle brush
- tongs
- can opener
- knife
- measuring cup
- fork (for powder formula)
- breast pump/chest pump
- six to eight bottles
- six to eight nipples
